Do you usually write your blogs out in advance and save them for a later date or do you just write them just before you post them?

I write mine out just before I post them but I did notice that you can write and save for a later date.

I am just curious as to how you all create your writings.

If I know it is something I try to do (like wordless wednesday or throwback thursday) and have extra time I’ll post date my entry for later. But, usually I write then post.

Sometimes a thought pops into my head that I think I will want to post about so I will start a post on it and save a draft. Then when I don’t have a subject to post about, I can always pull one of those out.

It depends. On weekends, I don’t normally write, then post. I dont have the time. I usually fish one out of my “done pile” and post it. Always have something on standby!
I have over 20 drafts, waiting to be finished or posted. I get all sorts of ideas in my head and I always make a post for them. Even if I just type a few words, it’s there and waiting to be finished.

It really depends on what topics I write, but I do both: write and post as soon as it’s finished, and save for later when I have more time to write more.

I think that I am going to have to try this more. Write some right away to post and write some to save for later when I have those moments where my mind is blank and I don’t have anything to say that day.

Typically I write my posts and then post them right then and there, maybe I should try just saving some and posting later, then I might not have 4 or 5 posts a day sometimes, lol. =)
